Developing co-expression network for these proteins is required for understanding the gene functions and interactions in the yeast cells. Two orthologs of ADR1 and ADR2 from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, namely SAP1 and SAP2, were used for constructing a co-expression network for these two proteins. A network was generated through the identification of co-expressed genes using a correlation-based method. The genes were clustered into several co-expression clusters using MCODE [57]. Network topological analysis was performed using Cytoscape and Gephi packages. The minimum module size was set to 200 and degree cutoff was set to 4. In addition, the module-based network was used to predict protein interaction networks. The network consisted of four modules with eight nodes and 17 edges, which exhibited interactions with six other modules. Network-based topological analysis suggested that the overall topology of the network was a tree-like structure with high centrality (degree and betweenness). The size and degree of the node showed that the most connected node was ADR1, followed by ADR2. The degree centrality and the average shortest path length were also higher for ADR2 than for ADR1. The analysis of the two modules (ADR1 and ADR2) and the clusters of all the genes showed that the ADR1 module was highly correlated with genes related to the cytosolic F-actin and membrane-cytoskeletal complex assemblies. The cluster of genes associated with the ADR2 module was mainly involved in cell wall biogenesis and in the maturation of mRNAs and proteins. These results further elucidated the possible functions of these proteins in the yeast cell. These results demonstrated the utility of the yeast cell co-expression network for the study of the functions of ADR1 and ADR2.
The music was created using the FL Studio 20 (MXH) and the synths in the video were created in the Max/MSP platform. It took me a few days to create the hand animation, but I'm happy with the result and the little story I created around it.
While I'm not usually a big fan of pre-compositions, I had to use them in this project to get the best possible looking video out of the camera. Mostly the workflow is the following: The camera is connected to the left or right camera slot in 3ds Max. For the stills I set the camera to use the real cameras' native FOV. Then I set the perspective of the stills to the same horizontal and vertical FOV as the native FOV of the camera. This makes sure that the camera and its native FOV doesn't appear distorted in the stills.
I used three different lighting setups to achieve the video look. One with global illumination, one with spotlights and one with indirect lighting from a sun light. In the end I was not happy with the results, so I kept the indirect lighting, but changed the spotlights in the sky to parabolas and the sun to a very simple point light. The settings are in the 3ds Max file.
The Synergies mod makes it so that the vanilla Diablo 3 content is not only tweaked, but also expanded upon. The result is incredible. This mod is like a massive, old-fashioned expansion pack for the game. 827ec27edc
